Implementation UKG’s Pro and Workforce Management applications
Our client is in the auto industry and focuses on sales and leasing of vehicles along with auto services from insurance, to roadside assistance and maintenance.
What was the challenge?
Our client contacted us due to a need to implement a state-of-the-art system to accommodate extensive organizational growth and expansion for the HR, Payroll, and Timekeeping processes.
- Moving to an automated system to ensure that company policies and practices were being followed.
- More accurately pay employees based on work performed.
- Minimize the manual efforts from team leads, supervisors, and managers for tracking employee attendance, time off requests, and work across the various locations and departments.
What we did…
As part of the Project Genetics WFM Experience, we pulled together a team of consultants who were experts in all aspects of the UKG systems to successfully deploy UKG Pro and Pro Workforce Management.
- Through the standard 5 phases of a project (Welcome, Requirements, Build, Test, and Go-Live), our team walked the client through their internal policies and designed a solution to best fit their business.
- Our team developed a tight partnership with the client to not only build a solution but also provide them with at-the-hip support through testing and post go-live.
- Through our knowledge transfer activities, the client was educated on how to successfully maintain and take full ownership of their solution.
How did it do?
- One of the top measures was whether payroll was successful and calculates correctly – which we were able to achieve.
- Post go-live, our team enabled the client to field questions from their internal team and grow in their fluency in UKG Pro Workforce Management system configuration, processes, reporting, and capabilities.
- In true partnership form, we developed an efficient and highly productive communication stream addressed any questions or needs, typically within just a couple of hours. This contributed highly to moving very quickly through multiple phases of the project and to help in tweaking the system to achieve the optimal configuration for the client’s needs.
