As Founder and owner of The WFM Experience and Managing Partner for Project Genetics, Jim Munoz works closely with organizations to help them adapt to the ever-changing environments and demands of their workforces.  He is deeply involved with his clients and partners at every level helping to ensure they are maximizing the value of their WFM software investment,  continuously improving operations through their workforces, and optimizing overall stakeholder value.

Jim has spent more than 30 years working in the area of Workforce Management Technologies.  He is a recognized leader in operations, business development, strategic planning and has worked extensively with some of the most recognized organizations and brands around the world.  This experience has given him unique insights into some of the best practices developed around these technologies and across several industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, and others.
